Before I start this post..totally need to VENT!!!!!! I HATE DRIVING IN SG. BULOH!!! HATE sum of the blardy drivers there even more!!!!!! Sg. Buloh. famous for its notorious jams.Driving ard here in the morning is INSANE, it's kinda become routine to me. But, today I met with the biggest JERK on the road ever. As I was driving on my lane sum mpv cut into my lane. On any occassion, the RIGHT thing to do wen u cut into another person's lane is to indicate and give a polite hand gesture so u would be allowed into the lane. Now u see. This blardy faggot, starting cursing at me and pointing out that I had nearly hit his car and he followed up by showing off both his wonderful middle fingers. I would have turned away n ignored this primitive display of emotion, but was so shocked by it that my eyes had widened n frozen in disbelieve. To top it off, the entire car was filled with apes in office attire who turned around to stare n jeer at me as soon as dat idiot's car got in front of me. So here was this girl driving alone in her kenari with prominently displayed 'P' stickers vs an mpv with a bunch of working bozos. tsk tsk disgraceful. With those type of drivers around and we wonder why some people get beaten to death while driving....to this abominably rude man: gd luck driving around Malaysia, where road bullies are abundant! =)
*takes in deep breath* NEWAYS...back to my precious post..ehehe
Months of preperation. Sleepless nights. Buckets of tears...
All comes down to three nites. SPA's Final Year Production- Mousetrap.
Drama is my passion. I always said if it were ever possible, I would've pursued an acting career. Sounds silly I know, but DAT is how much I lurve Drama. In Yr 11 the only class I ever really looked fwd to was Drama class (well, with the exception of History class). Whenever I'm acting, I just get this natural high. Am super obssesed with Drama I noe.. It's this passion that drove me into auditioning for last yr's play and to subsequently be part of SPA.
This years final production not only marks my 1st Anniversary with SPA, it is also my second and last production with SPA. If all goes as planned I will be taking off for England nxt yr and won't even be around to watch the next production, let alone be part of it. A year with SPA has taught me ALOT, my closest frens told me they've noticed changes in me ever since I've become a part of SPA. It has been a significant part of my life, and so haf the friends I've made through it. I really appreciate the whole SPA experience, the good, bad and ugly. It's all abt learning and growing from everything.
It's been a year since the 'Importance of Being Earnest' and this time round, I'm dealing with the play from a whole new perspective. Believe me, I'd do anything to be the one on stage..sighh..super duper upset dat i couldn't be on stage..
But But!! being backstage is kinda interesting and where there's stuff to be learnt, there isn't much for me to complain. Besides, being part of the crew = making more frens!!! I've only met some of them the day be4 the play and we've hit it off in no time!
